             JUDGE FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the nomination.
  The legislative clerk read the nomination of Vince Girdhari Chhabria, 
of California, to be United States District Judge for the Northern 
District of California.
