UNITED STATES-ISRAEL STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP ACT OF 2014
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 938) to strengthen
the strategic alliance between the United States and Israel, and for
other purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

and pass the bill, as amended.

Mr. HIMES. Mr. Speaker, had I been present for rollcall vote 95 on
passage of H.R. 938, I would have voted ``aye.'' I am proud that my
colleagues on both sides of the aisle came together in support of
continuing our nation's strong relationship with Israel and promoting
Israel's right to defend itself against threats and unprecedented
challenges in the Middle East.
