ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MARCH 3, 2014
Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 2 p.m. on Monday,
March 3, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour
be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day;
that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning
business until 5 p.m. with Senators permitted to speak therein for up
to 10 minutes each; that following morning business, the Senate proceed
to executive session to consider the nomination of Debo Adegbile with
up to 30 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled in the usual
form prior to the cloture vote on the nomination; and that for the
purposes of rule XXII, Friday, February 28, 2014, count as an
intervening day.
