 REAUTHORIZATION OF THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED DROUGHT INFORMATION SYSTEM

  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 307, H.R. 2431.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 2431) to reauthorize the National Integrated 
     Drought Information System.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. SCHUMER. Madam President, I further ask that the bill be read a 
third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and 
laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The bill (H.R. 2431) was ordered to a third reading, was read the 
third time, and passed.
