ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2014
Mr. PRYOR. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on
Tuesday, February 25, 2014; that following the prayer

and pledge, the morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of
proceedings be approved to date, and the time for the two leaders be
reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader
remarks, the Senate be in a period of morning business until 11:05
a.m., with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes
each, with the time equally divided and controlled between the two
leaders or their designees, with the majority controlling the first
half and the Republicans controlling the final half; that at 11:05
a.m., the Senate resume executive session to consider the nomination of
James M. Moody to be U.S. District Judge in Arkansas, with the time
until 11:15 a.m. equally divided and controlled in the usual form; that
following disposition of the Freeman nomination and the resumption of
legislative session, the Senate recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the
weekly caucus meetings; that at 2:15 p.m. there be up to 30 minutes of
debate equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their
designees prior to the cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S.
1982, the veterans' benefits bill.
