  Mr. BEGICH. I ask unanimous consent that the HELP Committee be 
discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 339 and the Senate 
proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A resolution (S. Res. 339) commemorating the 150th 
     anniversary of Mayo Clinic.
