            RECOMMENDING RETURN OF THE IRAQI JEWISH ARCHIVE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to Calendar No. 303, S. Res. 333.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 333) strongly recommending that the 
     United States renegotiate the return of the Iraqi Jewish 
     Archive to Iraq.

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded 
to consider the resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, 
the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsidered be 
considered made and laid on the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
