reauthorization of the Over-Criminalization Task Force; and 
ratification of subcommittee memberships. The bill, H.R. 2919, was 
ordered reported, without amendment; the resolution on reauthorization 
of the Over-Criminalization Task Force was approved; and the Committee 
ratification of subcommittee memberships was approved.
LEGISLATIVE MEASURES
Committee on Natural Resources: Subcommittee on Water and Power held a 
hearing on H.R. 3981, the ``Accelerated Revenue, Repayment, and Surface 
Water Storage Enhancement Act''; H.R. 3980, the ``Water Supply 
Permitting Coordination Act''; and draft discussion to amend the Secure 
Water Act of 2009 to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to
