      CONGRATULATING PENN STATE UNIVERSITY WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL TEAM

  Mr. DONNELLY. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the 
consideration of S. Res. 344 submitted earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 344) congratulating the Penn State 
     University women's

     volleyball team for winning the 2013 National Collegiate 
     Athletic Association women's volleyball championship.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.

to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be laid 
upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
