OBSERVING THE 100TH BIRTHDAY OF DAISY BATES
Ms. WARREN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Judiciary
Committee be discharged from further consideration of S. Res. 341 and
the Senate proceed to its consideration.

civil rights leader Daisy Bates and honoring her legacy as an
American heroine.
