  Mr. REID. The President of the United States will deliver the State 
of the Union Address at 9 p.m. this evening. The Senate will begin 
gathering in the Senate Chamber at 8:20 p.m., depart from the Senate 
Chamber at 8:30 p.m., and proceed as a body to the House.
