  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following my remarks and those of the 
Republican leader, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion 
to proceed to S. 1926, the flood insurance bill, postcloture.
  The Senate will recess from 12:30 to 2:15 today to allow for our 
weekly caucus meetings.
