                                PROGRAM

  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, the President of the United States will 
deliver the State of the Union Address at 9 p.m. tomorrow. All Senators 
are invited to attend the joint session. The Senate will begin 
gathering in the Senate Chamber at 8:20 p.m. and depart from the Senate 
Chamber at 8:30 p.m. to proceed as a body to the Hall of the House.
