information of the Senate and the public that a hearing has been
scheduled before the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 28, at 10 a.m., in room
SD-366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive testimony on S. 1600, the
Critical Minerals Policy Act of 2013.

The purpose of this oversight hearing is to explore opportunities and
challenges associated with lifting the ban on U.S. crude oil exports.
