           MEASURES READ THE FIRST TIME--S. 1917 AND S. 1926

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I am told there are two bills at the desk,
and I ask for their first reading en bloc.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the bills by title for the
first time.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 1917) to provide for additional enhancements of
     the sexual assault prevention and response activities of the
     Armed Forces;
       A bill (S. 1926) to delay the implementation of certain
     provisions of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act
     of 2012 and to reform the National Association of Registered
     Agents and Brokers, and for other purposes.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask for a second reading on both of these
measures and, in order to place the bill on the calendar under the
provisions of rule XIV, I object to my own request.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection is heard.
  The bills will be read for the second time on the next legislative
day.
