                 ORDERS FOR WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2014

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 
January 15, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning 
hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, 
and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; and that following any leader remarks, the time until 12 noon be 
equally divided and controlled between the two leaders or their 
designees, with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 
minutes each; and, finally, at 12 noon, the Senate proceed to the 
consideration of H.J. Res. 106, as provided under the previous order.
