  ARMSTRONG FLIGHT RESEARCH CENTER AND THE WESTERN AERONAUTICAL TEST 
          RANGE AS THE HUGH L. DRYDEN AERONAUTICAL TEST RANGE

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Commerce 
Committee be discharged from further work on H.R. 667, and the Senate 
proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Blumenthal). Without objection, it is so 
ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 667) to redesignate the Dryden Flight Research 
     Center as the Neil A. Armstrong Flight Research Center and 
     the Western Aeronautical Test Range as the Hugh L. Dryden 
     Aeronautical Test Range.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
