                  ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2014

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 
January 7, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal of 
proceedings be approved to date, the time for the two leaders be 
reserved for their use later in the day; that following any leader 
remarks, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S. 
1845, the unemployment insurance extension, and the time until 10:30 be 
equally divided and controlled in the usual form; that at 10:30 the 
Senate vote on the motion to proceed to the bill; that the Senate 
recess from 12:30 to 2:15 to allow for our weekly caucus meetings.
