                 AMENDING THE ENERGY POLICY ACT OF 2005

  Mr. PRYOR. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Energy 
Committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 767, and the 
Senate proceed to its consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 767) to amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to 
     modify the Pilot Project offices of the Federal Permit 
     Streamlining Pilot Project.
