                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

  Mr. NELSON. Mr. President, there are some good things that are going 
on, and I wish to talk about that.
  First, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate be in a period of 
morning business until 6:15 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak 
therein for up to 10 minutes each.
