Ms. MURKOWSKI. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that MAJ Casey
Williams, a U.S. Army officer who is serving as a military fellow in my
office, be granted the privilege of the floor for the remainder of the
first session of the 113th Congress.

I ask unanimous consent that CDR Tasya Y. Lacy, a U.S. Naval officer,
who is currently serving as Senator Shaheen's defense legislative
fellow this year, be granted floor privileges during the duration of S.
1197, the National Defense Authorization Act for 2014. I also ask
unanimous consent that floor privileges be granted to Maj. Nate Somers,
a U.S. Air Force officer who is serving as a defense legislative fellow
in Senator Cardin's office, for the duration of consideration of S.
1197.
