  Mr. DURBIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be authorized to meet 
during the session of the Senate on November 18, 2013, at 3 p.m., to 
conduct a hearing entitled ``Beyond Silk Road: Potential Risks, 
Threats, and Promises of Virtual Currencies.''
