               SCHOOL ACCESS TO EMERGENCY EPINEPHRINE ACT

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate proceed 
to Calendar No. 229.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 2094) to amend the Public Health Service Act 
     to increase the preference given, in awarding certain asthma-
     related grants, to certain States (those allowing trained 
     school personnel to administer epinephrine and meeting other 
     related requirements.)

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the bill be read a 
third time, passed, the motion to reconsider be considered made and 
laid on the table, with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
