                 NATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION DAY

  Mr. REID. I now ask unanimous consent to proceed to S. Res. 275.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 275) designating October 29, 2013, as 
     ``National Technological Innovation Day'' to recognize that 
     technological innovation is critical to the United States 
     economy and commemorating the contributions of innovation to 
     prosperity in the United States and abroad.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution 
be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider 
be laid upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
