                              APPOINTMENT

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Chair, on behalf of the President pro 
tempore, pursuant to the provisions of 2 U.S.C. 1151, as amended, 
appoints the following individual to the Board of Trustees of the Open 
World Leadership Center: The Honorable Martin Heinrich of New Mexico, 
vice the Honorable Carl Levin  of Michigan.
  Mr. REID. I note the absence of a quorum.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will call the roll.
  The assistant legislative clerk proceeded to call the roll.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the order of 
the quorum call be rescinded.
