               MEASURE READ THE FIRST TIME--H.J. RES. 80

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I understand that H.J. Res. 80 has been 
received from the House and is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the joint resolution by 
title for the first time.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 80) making continuing 
     appropriations for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Bureau 
     of Indian Education, and the Indian Health Service for fiscal 
     year 2014, and for other purposes.

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask for its second reading and object 
to my own request.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the joint 
resolution will be read for a second time on the next legislative day.
