               MEASURE READ THE FIRST TIME--H.J. RES. 76

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I am told that H.J. Res. 76 has been 
received from the House and is at the desk and due for activity.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will read the joint resolution by 
title for the first time.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 76) making continuing 
     appropriations for the National Nuclear Security 
     Administration for fiscal year 2014, and for other purposes.

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask for its second reading and object to 
my own request.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Objection having been heard, the joint 
resolution will be read for a second time on the next legislative day.
