                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the period
of morning business be extended until 4 p.m. and that all provisions of
the previous order remain in effect.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, my good friend the Senator from Alabama
has graciously agreed to let us flip the order, so I am going to now,
before he does, ask unanimous consent that be done and that it not
change the alternating pattern, Republican and Democrat.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
