                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

  Mr. CARDIN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that morning 
business be extended until 5 p.m., and that all provisions under the 
previous order remain in effect, and that Senator Reid be recognized 
following morning business and that all time spent in quorum calls be 
equally divided.
