                         LET'S FIND A SOLUTION

(Mr. BOEHNER asked and was given permission to address the House for
1 minute.)
Mr. BOEHNER. Mr. Speaker, my colleagues, I have to say, I'm
disappointed in the actions of the United States Senate this morning by
rejecting the bill passed by the House last night.
The bill we passed in the House last night would have funded the
government through December 15 and would have provided fairness to the
American people under ObamaCare. No exemptions, no exceptions. Let's
treat everyone the same.
And last night, they not only rejected that, but they also rejected
our call to sit down and resolve our differences under the
Constitution, which makes it clear that if the two Houses disagree,
that we should sit down and discuss and try to resolve those matters.
My goodness, they won't even sit down and have a discussion about this.
Our country has big problems. Today, our government has big problems.
The only way these problems are going to be resolved is if we sit down
amicably and keep the American people in mind and come to an agreement.
