          COMMITTEE ON HEALTH, EDUCATION, LABOR, AND PENSIONS

  Mr. HARKIN. Mr. President, I wish to announce that the Committee on 
Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions will meet in executive session

Support Reauthorization act of 2013; S. ______, CHIMP Act Amendments of

Older Americans Act Reauthorization Act of 2013; the nominations of 
Michael Keith Yudin, to serve as Assistant Secretary for Special 
Education and Rehabilitative Services, Department of Education; James 
Cole Jr., to serve as General Counsel, Department of Education; and 
Chai Feldblum, to serve as Commissioner, Equal Employment Opportunity 
Commission; as well as any additional nominations cleared for action.
