                IRAQ SPECIAL IMMIGRATION VISA EXTENSION

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to S. 1566, the Iraq special immigration visa extension.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (S. 1566) to extend the period during which Iraqis 
     who were employed by the United States Government in Iraq may 
     be granted special immigrant status and to temporarily 
     increase the fee or surcharge for processing machine-readable 
     nonimmigrant visas.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to the bill.
