                     EXTENSION OF MORNING BUSINESS

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The majority leader.
  Mr. REID. The order now before this body is that we have morning 
business until 4 o'clock today. I ask unanimous consent to extend that 
until 6 p.m. under the provisions of the previous order and that I be 
recognized after that time.
