           MAKING CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR MILITARY PAY

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate

hours. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read three times, 
passed, and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon 
the table.
