CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION, 2014
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule XIX, further
consideration of the motion offered by the gentleman from Kentucky will
resume.
The Clerk read the motion.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question of adoption of the motion is
divided between the two House amendments.
The first portion of the divided question is: Will the House concur
in the Senate amendment with House amendment No. 1 printed in House
Report 113-238?
The question was taken; and the Speaker pro tempore announced that
the ayes appeared to have it.
