Scott Dahl, to serve as Inspector General of the US Department of
Labor, as well as any additional nominations cleared for action.

Ms. CANTWELL. Mr. President, I would like to announce that the
Committee on Indian Affairs will meet during the session of the Senate
on September 18, 2013, in room SD-628 of the Dirksen Senate Office
Building, at 2:30 p.m., to conduct a business meeting to authorize
expenditures by the Committee through February of 2015.

committee on energy and natural resources
Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I would like to announce for the
information of the Senate and the public that a hearing has been
scheduled before the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., in
room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the following legislation:
S. 812, a bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to take
actions to implement the Agreement between the United States of America
and the United Mexican States Concerning Transboundary Hydrocarbon
Reservoirs in the Gulf of Mexico; and,
H.R. 1613, a bill to amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to
provide for the proper Federal management and oversight of
transboundary hydrocarbon reservoirs, and for other purposes.
Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may
