                      ORDER FOR MOMENT OF SILENCE

Mr. REID. Mr. President, I wish we could do more, but I ask unanimous
consent that the Senate now observe a moment of silence in honor of the
victims of the tragedy at the Navy Yard and those killed and those
suffering from the wounds inflicted on that terrible day, yesterday,
that occurred not far from the Capitol.
The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Without objection, it is so
ordered.
  (Moment of silence.)
