                 ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2013

  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate 
completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. tomorrow, 
Tuesday, September 17; that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a 
period of morning business until noon, with Senators permitted to speak 
for up to 10 minutes each, with the majority controlling the first 30 
minutes and the Republicans the next 30 minutes; and following morning 
business the Senate return to consideration of S. 1392.
