  Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I would like to announce for the 
information of the Senate and the public that a business meeting has 
been scheduled before the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural 
Resources on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., in room SD-366 
of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.
  The purpose of the business meeting is to consider a committee 
funding resolution for the period October 1, 2013, through February 28, 
2015. In addition,

I would like to announce that immediately following the business 
meeting the Committee will hold a hearing to consider the nominations 
of Mr. Ronald J. Binz to be a Commissioner of the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, Ms. Elizabeth M. Robinson to be Under Secretary 
of Energy, and Mr. Michael L. Connor to be Deputy Secretary of 
Interior.
  Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may 
testify by invitation only. However, those wishing to submit written 
testimony for the hearing record should send it to the Committee on
