STREAMLINING CLAIMS PROCESSING FOR FEDERAL CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 2747) to amend
title 40, United States Code, to transfer certain functions from the
Government Accountability Office to the Department of Labor relating to
the processing of claims for the payment of workers who were not paid
appropriate wages under certain provisions of such title, on which the
yeas and nays were ordered.

and pass the bill.

Ms. ESTY. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 450--H.R. 1155, and 451--H.R.
2747, I was at meetings on Syria with the Vice President at the White
House. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea.''

Mrs. KIRKPATRICK. Mr. Speaker, due to my attendance at a White House
briefing with Vice President Biden on the Syria Resolution, I missed
the afternoon series of votes on September 10, 2013. Had I been
present, I would have voted the following way on these suspension
votes:
H.R. 1155--NARAB Reform Act--I would have voted ``yea.''
H.R. 2747--Streamlining Claims Processing for Federal Contractor
Employees--I would have voted ``yea.''
