ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2011
Mr. CASEY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 10 a.m. on
Tuesday, September 10, 2013; that following the prayer and pledge, the
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved
to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later
in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate be in a
period of morning business until 11 a.m., with the time equally divided
and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with
Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each; further,
that at 11 a.m. the Senate resume consideration of the motion to
proceed to S. J. Res. 21, and the time until noon be equally divided
and controlled between the two leaders or their designees, with
Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10

minutes each; finally, that the Senate recess from 12 p.m. until 2:15
to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
