  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Commerce be 
discharged from further consideration of H.R. 2576.

       A bill (H.R. 2576) to amend title 49, United States Code, 
     to modify requirements relating to the availability of 
     pipeline safety regulatory documents, and for other purposes.
