                               OBAMACARE

  (Mr. MULLIN asked and was given permission to address the House for 1 
minute.)
  Mr. MULLIN. Mr. Speaker, according to the most recently released 
numbers by the Congressional Budget Office, ObamaCare is now going to 
cost the American taxpayers nearly $1.4 trillion.
  With our national debt sitting at $16.8 trillion and rising every 
single day, I must ask my colleagues who support this: Can America 
really afford this?
