                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. BLUMENTHAL. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to 
the immediate consideration en bloc of the following resolutions, which 
were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 202, S. Res. 204, S. Res. 205, 
and S. Res. 206.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.
