DOUGLAS A. MUNRO COAST GUARD HEADQUARTERS BUILDING
Mr. BLUMENTHAL. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to
the immediate consideration of H.R. 2611, which is at the desk.

A bill (H.R. 2611) to designate the headquarters building
of the Coast Guard on the campus located at 2701 Martin
Luther King, Jr., Avenue Southeast in the District of
Columbia as the ``Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters
Building,'' and for other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. BLUMENTHAL. I further ask that the bill be read three times and
passed, and that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid
upon the table, with no intervening action or debate.
