  Mr. REID. Mr. President, following the remarks of Senator McConnell 
and me, the Senate will proceed to executive session to consider 
Calendar No. 223, the nomination of Kent Yoshiho Hirozawa, of New York, 
to be a member of the National Labor Relations Board and immediately 
have a cloture vote on that nomination.
