      RECOGNIZING THE 200TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE OF LAKE ERIE

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary Committee be 
discharged from further consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. 
Res. 153.

  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 153) recognizing the 200th 
     anniversary of the Battle of Lake Erie.
