           MAJORITY PARTY APPOINTMENTS FOR THE 113TH CONGRESS

  Mr. BROWN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 196, submitted 
earlier today.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 196) to constitute the majority 
     party's membership on certain committees for the One Hundred 
     Thirteenth Congress, or until their successors are chosen.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
  Mr. BROWN. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
resolution be agreed to and the motion to reconsider be laid upon the 
table, with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The resolution (S. Res. 196) was agreed to.
