NATIONAL DAY OF THE AMERICAN COWBOY
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Judiciary
Committee be discharged from further consideration and the Senate now
proceed to S. Res. 191.

A resolution (S. Res. 191) designating July 27, 2013, as
``National Day of the American Cowboy.''
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
resolution.
