Mr. HARKIN. Mr. President, I wish to announce that the Committee on
Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions will meet in open session on
Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. in room 430 of the Dirksen Senate
Office Building to conduct a hearing entitled ``Pooled Retirement
Plans: Closing the Retirement Plan Coverage Gap for Small Businesses.''

Mr. WYDEN. Mr. President, I would like to announce for the
information of the Senate and the public that a hearing has been
scheduled before the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
The hearing will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., in
room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony on the current
state of clean energy finance in the United States and opportunities to
facilitate greater investment in domestic clean energy technology
development and deployment.
Because of the limited time available for the hearing, witnesses may
